Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and manage all F&B; operations. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in hotel or resort operations, team management, guest service, budgeting, and ensuring high-quality food and beverage standards.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
Experience working with reputed Hotels, Resorts, or Luxury Hospitality brands preferred.
Solid knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Robust understanding of F&B; costing, budgeting, inventory, and revenue management.
Ability to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day Food & Beverage operations.
Ensure smooth functioning of restaurants, bars, banquets, and other F&B; outlets.
Lead, train, and manage the F&B; team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.




Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, service, and presentation.
Monitor F&B; costs, inventory, wastage, and profitability.
Prepare budgets, reports, and operational plans.
Work closely with the Executive Chef and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and statutory regulations.
Develop SOPs and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Drive revenue growth through promotions, events, upselling, and improved service delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
Experience in managing large teams and multiple F&B; outlets will be an added advantage.
Candidates from reputed luxury hotels and resorts will be preferred.

Job Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
