Position: Data Entry Operator – ERP

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator who has good computer skills and hands-on experience working with ERP software. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, ERP transactions, maintaining records, and coordinating with different departments.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update daily Packing and other operational data in the ERP system.
Generate and maintain ERP-related documents, reports and records.
Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry and maintain proper documentation.
Update stock, material movement, job work and dispatch-related information in ERP.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Accounts departments for required data.
Verify data before entering it into ERP and immediately report discrepancies.
Maintain physical and digital records in an organized manner.




Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as required.
Handle Excel, MS Office and basic computer operations.
Maintain confidentiality of company data and follow company procedures.
Perform any other ERP/data-entry-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of ERP software is mandatory.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and basic computer operations.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong data-entry and record-maintenance skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Experience in a manufacturing/company workplace will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate ERP experience, positive Excel knowledge, accurate typing skills and strong attention to detail.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
