Key Responsibilities

●Own end-to-end finance operations: books of accounts, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow management ●Manage statutory compliance — GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC/MCA filings, and coordination with auditors and consultants

●Oversee import-export related financial processes: LC/BG documentation, FEMA compliance, foreign remittances, and coordination with banks on trade finance instruments

●Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports, budget vs. actuals, and financial statements for management review

●Manage working capital, receivables/payables, and banking relationships

●Support costing and pricing decisions for hardware products, factoring in import duties and forex exposure

●Supervise and mentor the junior accounting team; review their work for accuracy

●Liaise with external CA firms, auditors, and government authorities as needed

●Assist leadership with financial planning, fundraising documentation, and investor/lender reporting as required Requirements





●6–8 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts, ideally with exposure to manufacturing, trading, or import-export businesses

●CA (Inter)/CMA (Inter)/B.Com/M.Com with robust practical accounting exposure;

●Robust working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory compliance

●Familiarity with import-export documentation, forex transactions, and trade finance is highly desirable

●Proficiency in Tally/Zoho and MS Excel

●Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a small-company, high-ownership workplace

●Strong communication skills to work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams
