Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will bring a strong command of financial systems (preferably Zoho Finance Suite or similar ERP tools), statutory compliance, and business partnering to drive financial excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations & Reporting
Oversee daily finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations,

journals, and general ledger management.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and variance

analysis.
Drive accuracy and timeliness in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process in coordination with business unit heads.
Monitor actuals vs budget and highlight critical deviations with actionable insights.
Develop cash flow projections, working capital analysis, and cost control initiatives.

Compliance & Audit
Ensure statutory compliance with tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax)



and regulatory frameworks.
Liaise with internal and external auditors for audits, filings, and financial due diligence.
Maintain and enforce robust internal control systems.

Systems & Automation
Manage and optimize finance workflows through Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense, or similar

ERP tools.
Evaluate and implement automation tools to improve reporting efficiency and compliance tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ICWA/MBA-Finance preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a core finance function.
Proficient in Zoho Finance Suite, Tally, or other ERP systems.
Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
