We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling statutory compliance, reconciliations, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records in Tally

.
Handle GST and TDS accounting, calculations, returns, and compliance.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and other accounting documents.
Generate MIS and financial reports for management review.
Prepare monthly and periodic reports related to sales, expenses, receivables, payables, and cash flow.
Reconcile customer, vendor, and bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.




Work closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Solid working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime

Positive knowledge of GST and TDS

.
Strong MS Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables, and data management.
Hands-on experience in Bank Reconciliation (BRS)

.
Experience in report generation and MIS preparation

.
Good understanding of accounting principles, ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and accounting procedures will be an advantage.
