About Oven Men

Oven Men is a growing brand based in Patna. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, Tally entries, banking activities, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally
Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries
Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and bank statements
Handle day-to-day banking-related work , including payments, transfers, cheque deposits, and other banking activities
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
Maintain cash and petty cash records
Track receivables and payables
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents
Coordinate with the bank, vendors, suppliers, and other external parties when required
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements
Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and tax filings
Prepare basic financial reports and statements for management
Ensure all accounting entries and documents are accurate and up to date
Assist management with any other finance and accounting-related work as required

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance preferred




1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Experience with bank reconciliation and banking operations
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
Good communication and organizational skills
Should be comfortable handling routine banking and office-related accounting work
