B2B Campus is looking for an experienced Freight Brokerage Trainer to train students in practical US Freight Brokerage and Logistics Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Train students in US Freight Brokerage and Transportation Operations.
Explain the complete freight brokerage process from shipper to carrier.
Teach load sourcing, carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, load booking, and dispatch coordination.
Provide practical training on DAT Load Board and other relevant freight platforms.
Teach students how to search and post loads, source carriers, and analyze rates using DAT.
Train students in broker-carrier communication and relationship management.
Explain freight documentation, tracking, invoicing, and basic compliance procedures.
Conduct practical sessions, role-plays, and industry-based exercises.
Guide students in developing job-ready freight brokerage skills.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in US Freight Brokerage / Freight Operations.
Strong understanding of the US logistics and freight brokerage industry.
Hands-on experience with DAT Load Board is required.
Practical knowledge of shippers, carriers, brokers, load boards, and rate negotiation.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to train, mentor, and explain concepts in a practical and straightforward manner.
Previous training/teaching experience will be an added advantage.
