Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Agri Inside Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, generate leads through calls and WhatsApp, understand farmers' requirements, recommend suitable agricultural products/machinery, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders. Similar agri-inside-sales roles emphasize inbound/outbound farmer calls, requirement understanding, product recommendation, CRM follow-up, and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from farmers, dealers, distributors and customers.
Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, website and other online channels.
Understand customer/farmer requirements and recommend suitable agricultural products and farm machinery.
Explain product features, specifications,



perks, pricing and usage clearly.
Share product photos, videos, brochures and quotations through WhatsApp/email.
Regularly follow up with interested customers and convert leads into orders and sales.
Prepare and share quotations with customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, quotations and order status in CRM/ERP/Excel.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch and Service teams for smooth order processing.
Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.
Follow up until order confirmation and payment realization.
Collect customer feedback, competitor information and market requirements.
Achieve daily calling, follow-up and monthly sales targets.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
