PhysicsWallah is looking for a energetic and execution-focused Marketing Executive to drive ATL & BTL marketing activities, on-ground activations, branding initiatives, and local market outreach in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns.
Drive on-ground activations, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
Manage events, exhibitions, and local outreach programs.
Identify high-footfall locations for branding and promotional activities.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Execute promotional campaigns, branding activities, and distribution initiatives.
Support school, college, and community outreach programs.
Track campaign performance, leads, footfall,



and overall campaign effectiveness.
Monitor competitor activities and local market trends.
Ensure smooth execution of all assigned marketing activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, ATL/BTL Marketing, Activations, or On-ground Marketing.
Solid understanding of local market dynamics.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
Comfortable with frequent local travel.
Proactive, target-oriented, and execution-focused.
Candidates with experience in EdTech, Education, Retail, FMCG, Events, or similar industries will be preferred.
