What You'll Do
Work directly with founders on high-priority business problems
Build and scale 0→1 initiatives from concept to execution
Identify current growth prospects, markets, and business lines
Own projects across product, growth, operations, and strategy
Drive decisions, not just presentations and reports
Turn ideas into measurable business outcomes





Who This Is For
Graduate from a Tier 1 institution (IITs, BITS, top NITs, etc.)
2–5 years of experience in startups, product, strategy, growth, or founder's office roles
Ex-founders strongly preferred
Alternatively, experience at an early-stage startup, working closely with founders and owning critical business initiatives
High-agency operators who thrive in ambiguity
