We are looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketing Manager to drive online customer acquisition, optimize our conversion funnel, and scale paid and organic channels. You will manage digital budgets, run targeted ad campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to maximize marketing return on investment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and display networks.
Own search engine optimization (SEO) strategy, content performance, and technical site improvements.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and audience targeting to improve conversion efficiency.
Oversee marketing automation pipelines, email drip sequences, and lead-scoring systems.
Work directly with graphic designers and copywriters to produce high-converting digital assets.

Requirements




Deep expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and ad platforms.
Proven track record of managing monthly ad budgets and optimizing return on ad spend.
Solid understanding of funnel optimization, landing page builders, and CRM integration (HubSpot/Salesforce).
Robust numerical agility, data-driven mindset, and clear reporting skills.

What We Offer
