Provide Level 1 desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot common problems with operating systems (Windows), applications, and network connectivity.
Perform onsite visits for equipment installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of desktop devices.
