Experience: 5–6 Years

Qualification: Graduate (B.Sc., B.Tech, BCA) or 3-Year Regular Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Computer Science

Job Responsibilities:
Provide desktop and laptop hardware & software support.
Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues.
Run OEM diagnostic tools to identify hardware faults.
Replace defective desktop/laptop components as required.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Coordinate with users to resolve technical issues within SLA.
Ensure timely closure of support tickets and maintain documentation.

Required Skills:
5–6 years of experience in Desktop Support or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with OEM diagnostic tools.
Experience in desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting and part replacement.
Positive understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
