Key Responsibilities
Installation & Programming: Set up fire alarm control panels, smoke detectors, heat sensors, manual call points, and notification devices (hooters/sounders).
Testing & Commissioning: Conduct routine inspections, testing, and system handovers to ensure functionality according to safety codes.
Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose circuit faults, and explicit ground faults or communication errors.
Documentation: Maintain accurate service logs, wiring schematics, and testing reports for clients and regulatory compliance.
Customer Support: Train end-users on system operations and respond to emergency breakdown service calls
