We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Chennai.

Location: Chennai

Position: Field Recruiter

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Key Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates through field recruitment activities and various sourcing channels.
Conduct field visits to identify and connect with potential candidates.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and coordinate interview processes.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the given timelines.
Build and maintain a solid candidate network.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across Chennai for recruitment activities.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Freshers with a robust interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
