FIT-OUT MANAGER – PROJECT OPERATIONS

Location: Kolkata | Experience: 5–10 Years

Role

Own the end-to-end execution of turnkey interior projects from site mobilisation to final handover, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage complete site execution and project schedules.
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, site teams and internal departments.
Ensure execution strictly follows approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and design intent.
Drive daily site progress and achieve project milestones.
Manage manpower, materials, productivity and site requirements.
Control project costs, wastage, rework and variations.
Conduct quality checks and ensure high-quality finishing.
Identify delays/risks early and implement recovery plans.
Coordinate with clients, designers, procurement and production teams.
Manage snagging, rectification and final project handover.




Maintain proper site documentation and progress reporting.

Ideal Candidate
5–10 years' experience in interior fit-out / turnkey / design & build.
Robust hands-on site execution experience.
Excellent contractor and manpower management skills.
Solid understanding of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring and finishing works.
Commercially aware with solid planning and problem-solving ability.
High ownership, accountability and execution discipline.

This is a field-driven leadership role. The candidate will be directly accountable for project execution and site outcomes. Pay: ₹14,394.65 - ₹60,000.00 per month
