Role: Desktop Support Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science or Information Technology.

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 Years
Installation and Maintenance of windows operating system related to Desktop/Laptop Infrastructure.
Troubleshooting windows operating system issues.
Installation and configuration of approved software’s.
Identify, log and resolve technical problems on approved software applications.
Installation and Maintenance of printers, scanners etc.
Troubleshooting LAN network related issues.
Troubleshooting for failed antivirus.
Connection/windows patch failure related to Desktop/Laptop.
Proactive monitoring measures to keep system up and running in line with standards.
Ensure work to be carried out with agreed service levels and department guidelines.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
