If any customer end production line side issue , resolve /rework to line support with customer approval.
Communicate customer line issue to our plant and get proper action .with your proper obseravtion and analysis.
Avoid customer complaint and debit, reduce customer PPM, rejection
Understanding the customer rejections and customer complaints on daily basis
5s Maintain at work table, Inspection table and storage area
Part identification tag system should be followed and verified like rejection , hold, rework
Proper accounting our invoice , colloect our bin and send back to our plant
Cutomer end stock to be shared everyday
Quality& quantity maintain at customer end stock to avoid line stop
