LaRiSa Hotels & Resorts is looking for experienced hospitality specialists to join our team in Goa.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Manage guest relations and ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping and other operational departments.
Handle guest concerns, complaints and service recovery effectively.
Monitor operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support the management team in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
Take charge of the property in the absence of senior management.

Candidate Profile:
Hospitality/Hotel background is mandatory.
Prior experience as a Duty Manager, Front Office Manager or similar operational role preferred.
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Guest-focused and capable of handling operations in a rapid-paced hotel workplace.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
