We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to manage and execute end-to-end ERP implementation projects. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure ERP solutions, conduct training, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze client business requirements.
Study existing business processes and recommend ERP solutions.
Configure and implement relevant ERP modules.
Prepare functional requirement documents and implementation plans.
Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and ERP capabilities.
Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
Perform system testing and support UAT.
Conduct user training and prepare documentation.
Support data migration and go-live activities.
Provide post-implementation support.

Experience & Skills
3 - 5 years of experience in ERP implementation or functional consulting.




Solid understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle.
Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Ability to understand complex business workflows.
Solid client and stakeholder management skills.
Positive documentation and communication abilities.
