About the role

A hands-on internship with the team that builds and runs Digital Campus ERP. Youll help with data setup, testing, documentation and first-line support for live campuses real work on a product used by thousands of students and staff every day.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with client data preparation, imports and validation for recent ERP setups
Help test current modules and report issues clearly to the development team
Support the coordination team during training sessions and go-live days
Maintain user guides, FAQs and internal documentation

Requirements




Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
Comfortable with Excel and basic SQL or database concepts
Positive written and spoken communication skills
Detail-oriented, dependable, and keen to learn how enterprise software is delivered
