Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a degree/diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Retail, or Operations will be preferred.
3–7 years of experience in cinema, hospitality, retail, QSR, multiplex, or other customer-facing service industries.
Experience in managing teams and shift-based operations.
Robust customer service and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer escalations and operational emergencies.
Strong commercial orientation with an understanding of sales and operational KPIs.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic operational reporting.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
