YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of experience in estimating
Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
Ability to interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy
Support the estimation process for medium to large-scale projects
Assist in bid review meetings and present cost estimates to senior management
