Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients.
Manage appointments and patient records.
Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries.
Follow up with leads and book consultations.
Handle billing, payments, and daily reports.
Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Pleasant personality and skilled attitude.
Experience in reception, customer service, or healthcare is preferred.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
