Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for GDA students.
Teach topics related to patient care, basic healthcare procedures, hygiene, safety, and infection control.
Demonstrate basic patient-care techniques and healthcare practices.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, tests, and training materials.
Monitor students' attendance, performance, discipline, and overall progress.
Conduct assessments, practical examinations, and evaluations.
Provide guidance and feedback to students to improve their knowledge and practical skills.
Maintain training records, assessment reports, and other academic documentation.
Ensure training is delivered according to the prescribed curriculum and industry standards.
Support students in developing skilled behaviour, communication, teamwork, and workplace etiquette.
