Operations
Monitor plant/equipment operating parameters and report abnormalities.
Assist in operating machinery and process systems according to approved procedures.
Support shift operations and ensure smooth plant functioning.
Record operational data, prepare reports, and maintain logbooks.
Participate in process optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.

Maintenance
Assist in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Support equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and work orders.
Ensure availability of required tools, spares, and consumables.

Health, Safety & Setting (HSE)




Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Participate in safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
Report unsafe conditions and near-miss incidents promptly.

Continuous Improvement
Support implementation of reliability and maintenance improvement projects.
Participate in cost reduction and energy efficiency initiatives.
Contribute ideas for operational excellence and equipment performance enhancement.

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
