Role

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Estimation & Billing to manage estimation, BOQs, rate analysis, measurements and billing across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and estimates from drawings and site requirements.
Prepare BOQs and rate analysis for recent, additional and variation works .
Handle quantities and billing across complete fit-out scopes including civil, flooring, ceiling, furniture, electrical, HVAC, fire alarm, fire-fighting and plumbing .
Verify site measurements and prepare JMS / MB sheets, RA bills and final bills .
Track variations, quantities and commercial deviations.
Coordinate with Project Engineers, site teams, vendors and subcontractors .




Support project teams with costing and commercial decisions.

Requirements
3–5 years relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimation or billing.
Experience in commercial interiors / retail fit-outs preferred.
Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis and billing .
Positive understanding of MEP services , especially electrical, HVAC, fire alarm and fire-fighting.
Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings.
Strong Excel, analytical and communication skills.
High ownership and attention to detail.
