Design, develop, and maintain business applications and workflows using the Appian Low-Code Platform.
Analyse business requirements and convert them into scalable and effective Appian solutions.
Perform application testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and production support activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.
Continuously enhance Appian skills, follow development best practices, and contribute to process automation initiatives.

Appian Training & Career Path:




Selected candidates will undergo a structured Appian learning program utilizing official Appian learning resources. The program includes guided learning, hands-on exercises, project work, and on-the-job training to prepare candidates for enterprise application development roles.
Candidates will be required to obtain the Appian Associate Developer Certification within 3 months of joining. Successful completion of the certification is a mandatory requirement for continuation in the program. The certification cost will be sponsored by Chola MS.
Confirmation of employment will be considered upon successful completion of one year of service, Appian Associate Developer Certification, and fulfilment of the program requirements.
