Job Responsibilities
Prepare project quotations and detailed cost estimates.
Study BOQ, drawings and technical specifications.
Calculate steel sheet, reinforcement, insulation, hardware and other material requirements.
Prepare door-wise BOM.
Calculate material and manufacturing costs.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase and Production departments.
Prepare production plans and material requirement sheets.
Track production progress against project requirements.
Maintain costing and estimation records.
Assist management in developing current products and pricing.
Required Skills
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil/Production Engineering.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Knowledge of steel fabrication and sheet-metal products.
Solid calculation and analytical skills.
Experience in fire doors/steel doors will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
