Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically oriented Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join our Project/Site team. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to electrical project execution, site coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Eligibility
B.E./B.Tech – Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Freshers / 2025 & 2026 pass-outs preferred
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and project execution
Willingness to work at project sites
Must be willing to travel and work across different states in India
Candidates should be adaptable to site working conditions

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of electrical projects at site.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors and project teams.
Monitor daily site activities and project progress.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements and documentation.




Identify and report site-related technical issues.
Follow company safety procedures and project guidelines.
Support the project team in completing activities within the scheduled timeline.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering concepts
Knowledge of electrical drawings and wiring systems
Good communication and teamwork
Problem-solving ability
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Ability to work in a site workplace
Flexibility to travel across India

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹4.0 LPA, based on qualification and performance

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
