Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive who can help us grow our customer base and increase daily sales.
Achieve a minimum daily sales target of 30 spice boxes per day.
Visit and communicate with potential customers, retailers, and other relevant buyers.
Explain the quality and freshness of Naye Raste spices to customers.
Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Follow up with potential customers and encourage repeat orders.
Report daily sales and customer feedback to the company.





Salary & Incentives
Daily Target: 30 spice boxes
Incentive: Additional incentive will be provided for every sale above 30 boxes per day.
The better you perform, the more you can earn through incentives.

Comfortable with field sales and meeting customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
