Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day operations and support of a large-scale Kubernetes-based platform and associated infrastructure.
Monitor system health, availability, performance, and reliability across production environments.
Lead incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution of production issues.
Manage operational tickets, service requests, and change activities while meeting defined SLAs.
Support and troubleshoot Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kong Gateway, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring platforms.
Drive platform stability through proactive monitoring, alerting, performance optimization, and automation.
Participate in on-call support and incident response activities.




Collaborate with development, platform, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
Maintain operational documentation, incident reports, and post-mortem analyses.
Provide transparent and timely communication to technical and business stakeholders during incidents and outages.

Required Skills &
Experience
4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Operations, or Production Support.
Solid hands-on expertise in Kubernetes administration, troubleshooting, and production support.
Experience managing and supporting highly available PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Kafka environments.
Proficiency with ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Helm, and GitOps practices.
Solid monitoring and observability experience using Grafana, Prometheus, and log analysis tools.
Solid Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go).
Experience with Vault/OpenBao, security best practices, and infrastructure automation.
Strong incident management, ticket triaging, RCA, and stakeholder communication skills.
Understanding of ITIL processes, change management, and operational support models.
