Job Summary

Looking for an experienced professional to handle MIS, business analytics, dashboards, and growth reporting. The role involves analysing business data and providing insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare MIS reports and business dashboards.
Analyse revenue, customer acquisition, retention, churn, conversion, and campaign performance.
Track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARPU, ROI, and customer cohorts.
Work with SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Looker Studio.
Analyse data from marketing, sales, customer engagement, subscription, and digital platforms.
Automate regular reports and improve data accuracy.
Identify trends and provide actionable business recommendations.




Coordinate with different teams for data collection and reporting.

Requirements
5–9 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Data Analytics.
Robust knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
Valuable understanding of business and digital analytics metrics.
Experience with CleverTap or similar analytics tools is preferred.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in e-commerce, OTT, subscription, digital, or consumer businesses is an advantage.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹108,333.00 per month
