Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Direct day-to-day operations across departments, optimizing workflows and ensuring operational standards are consistently met.
Financial Management: Manage the company budget, oversee P&L; performance, track financial KPIs, and execute initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
Strategic Leadership: Develop long-term business goals, execute strategic growth plans, and align company resources with overarching objectives.
Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and manage department heads; establish performance metrics and foster an engaging, accountable team culture.
Risk & Compliance: Maintain compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and safety standards while mitigating operational risks.





Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of operational management or leadership experience (proven track record as GM or Operations Director preferred).
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Skills: Robust financial acumen (budgeting/P&L; management), strategic planning, and team leadership.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making Role & responsibilities
