Job Summary:

We are looking for an Export Executive with experience in rubber products/manufacturing to manage end-to-end export operations and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete export processes, from order execution to port delivery.

Prepare export documents including Invoice, Packing List, COO, Shipping Bill, BL, and LC documentation.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, Customs, production, and QC teams.

Manage overseas customer communication and shipment updates.

Ensure compliance with DGFT regulations, Customs procedures, and INCOTERMS.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience handling/monitoring a team of at least 3 members.

Preferred: Experience in rubber products, auto components, industrial goods, or manufacturing with positive knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
