Lead the build-out and ongoing management of the Investment Solutions function, including team structure, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning.
Provide day-to-day oversight of the team and ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of agreed services and deliverables.
Serve as the primary escalation point for Investment Solutions-related issues and drive timely resolution in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
Establish, maintain, and enhance operating procedures, controls, and governance routines aligned with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
