About the Role

We need a proactive assistant to manage all brand follow-ups for our events — over calls, emails, and in person — making sure nothing slips and every partner feels well taken care of.

Responsibilities
Follow up with brands/sponsors before, during, and after events
Handle emails and calls professionally (proposals, confirmations, reminders)
Attend in-person meetings with brand reps when needed
Track all conversations, deadlines, and pending approvals/payments
Coordinate with the internal events team on brand deliverables
Maintain and grow relationships with recurring brand partners

Requirements
Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)

Good to Have
Existing network in events/experiential marketing
Willingness to travel locally for event days
Confident on calls and in face-to-face meetings
Highly organized with solid follow-up discipline
Prior experience in client servicing, brand partnerships, or events preferred
Comfortable with email, Excel/Sheets, and basic CRM tools

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
