About the Role

SwiftMove Logistics is hiring a Fleet Supervisor to manage day-to-day fleet operations, driver scheduling and vehicle maintenance to ensure timely, cost-effective and safe delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatch and routing
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, compliance and documentation (permits, insurance)
Manage driver performance, attendance and training/safety compliance
Track fuel consumption, fleet costs and identify optimisation opportunities
Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to meet delivery SLAs
Maintain fleet records and prepare operational reports

Requirements & Skills
3–6 years of experience in fleet/transport operations
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, compliance and logistics documentation
Solid people-management and scheduling skills
Proficiency in fleet management software/Excel
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
