Manage the complete e-commerce backend on a daily basis. Monitor all recent orders received through the platform. Maintain daily order tracking reports. Work closely with the development/IT team to communicate bugs, issues and required enhancements.
Required Candidate profile
2–5 years of experience in E-commerce Operations / E-commerce Management / Online Order Management. Robust understanding of e-commerce platforms and order management processes.
