Role Overview

We seek thought leaders in Generative and Agentic AI to advance education and research in LLMs, autonomous agents, and creative AI systems with ethical frameworks.

Responsibilities
Teach courses in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Multi-Agent Systems
Conduct advanced research in diffusion models, reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), and agent-based simulations
Lead labs on building autonomous agents, GenAI applications, and ethical design
Drive interdisciplinary collaboration in AI product design and innovation
Publish in NeurIPS, ICLR, AAAI, and collaborate with GenAI startups

Desired Skills & Qualifications
Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, NLP, or Machine Learning
Expertise in transformer models (GPT, BERT), LangChain, AutoGPT, Hugging Face
Deep understanding of ethics, XAI, and responsible AI design
Proven track record in academic or industry GenAI systems
