Key Responsibilities
Biochemistry floor ki day-to-day operations manage karna.
Staff ki duty, shift allocation aur manpower planning manage karna.
Samples aur testing ka smooth workflow ensure karna.
Reports ko defined TAT ke according release karwana.
QC, calibration aur instrument performance monitor karna.
Abnormal/critical results aur technical issues ko review aur escalate karna.
SOP, quality standards aur safety guidelines ka compliance ensure karna.
Delays, errors aur discrepancies ko identify karke corrective action lena.
Junior staff ko guide aur supervise karna.
Other departments aur collection centers ke saath coordination maintain karna.
Daily workload, pending samples aur departmental performance monitor karna.
Team discipline, productivity aur overall floor efficiency ensure karna.
Qualification
M.Sc./B.Sc. in Biochemistry / Medical Biochemistry or relevant qualification.
Relevant experience in Biochemistry laboratory operations and team handling preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
