Location: Gulbarga, Karnataka

Qualification: MBA (HR)/MHRM/IR± or Equivalent

Preferred Skill: Fluency in Kannada

Manage industrial relations and maintain harmonious Employee-Union relationships.
Handle grievance resolution, negotiations, and disciplinary proceedings.
Oversee manpower planning, deployment, and productivity management w.r.t Contract Labour & Permanent Workmen
Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, etc.
Ensure effective administration of canteen, Guest Houses, PPE, health, Township, Etc.
Manage labour law compliance, statutory returns, licenses, and contractor compliance.
Handle labour litigation, legal documentation, and coordination with legal authorities.
Liaise with government agencies, unions, contractors, and local stakeholders.
Organize public relations, welfare schemes, and employee-related events.
Lead security, vigilance, fire safety, emergency preparedness, and asset protection across the unit.
