Role & responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Execution
Identify Target Market Segments based on data & market insights.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for recent product launches covering marketing, sales, and distribution in alignment with the Sales objective.
Review post-launch performance and adjust strategies for future products.
Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to align product roadmaps with sales goals.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and shared goals.
Profitability Management
Monitor KPIs to track the success of GTM initiatives and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
Oversee product profitability and commercial success by monitoring performance.
Reporting
Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations on sales performance, product profitability, and market insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Product Positioning




Define the product's unique selling propositions and value propositions to effectively position it in the market and provide insights to the marketing team.
Plan and deliver meetings for the sales force on product positioning, value proposition, and competitive differentiators.
Sales Operation & Execution
Decide focus models (blockbusters), supplementary models, and clearance models.
Ensure supply chain readiness, pricing discipline, and effective market policies
Projects /Assignments
Any kind of short term/ long term projects as implemented by the Delhi HQ or Higher management.
Team Management
Hiring quality manpower in the system for higher productivity.
OKRS & KPI management for the team.
Manage the handling and assigning of daily tasks within the team.

Hold regular meetings with all departments to ensure open communication and expectations throughout any platform.

Required Skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced, cross-functional environment.
