Role Overview

Facility Executive Technical: End-to-End facility operations and management of technical and soft services.

Responsibilities
Taking care of End-to-End facility operations with managing all technical and soft services.
Reporting to FM: Sharing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports on timely.
Perform daily walk-through rounds to inspect monitor daily cleaning activities for maintaining Feel Upkeep of entire facility.
Responsible for handling vendor teams Security, HK and ME team.
All PPM activities are performed as per 52-week calendar for Maintenance and HK activities following with AMC vendor and complete the PM services 100%
PO and Invoicing process, and coordinate with all the vendor for timely billing.
Ensure all checklists, logbooks and registers are checked records regularly updated.
Pest control, indoor plants, pantry services and cafeteria services to be taken care.




Ensure all technical and soft services consumables, indent, inventory to be maintained.
Daily and weekly maintenance activities to be taken care and real time update to the FM
