Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Facility Executive to manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office workplace. The ideal candidate should possess valuable coordination skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in handling administrative and facility-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily housekeeping activities across the entire office premises.
Monitor and address employee health and hygiene concerns in a timely manner.
Manage visitor handling and front-office coordination efficiently.
Maintain and monitor stock inventory of office consumables and supplies.
Coordinate and follow up for invoice collection and submission.
Support event planning and coordination activities along with the Marketing Team.
Ensure proper maintenance and smooth functioning of office facilities.




Work efficiently on computer systems and work-related software/applications.
Handle additional facility-related responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Relevant experience in facility management or administration.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a agile work environment.
