Role &

Responsibilities Provide operational support for container sealing and unsealing operations at assigned locations. Coordinate with clients, Customs authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operations. Deliver end-to-end operational support while adhering to company procedures and service standards.

Perform hardware installation, troubleshooting, and on-site technical support during sealing/unsealing activities. Ensure timely resolution of operational and technical issues. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

Prepare and maintain accurate operational records and reports as required. Be willing to travel to client locations and work in rotational shifts, if required.

Required Skills Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking. Positive communication and coordination skills. Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Willingness to travel extensively for operational assignments.
