Installation &
Commissioning:
Install and commission pharmaceutical equipment at client locations.
Conduct machine trials, validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), and ensure smooth handover.
FAT:
Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) at vendor sites as per customer specifications and company standards.
Maintenance &
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and recommend corrective actions.
Customer Support and Service:
Provide in office and remote support for technical issues.
Train customer personnel on machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
Operator training at site
Documentation &
Reporting:
Maintain service logs, prepare visit reports according to site visit.




Assist with documentation required for regulatory audits and compliance (GMP/USFDA/EU standards).
Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Travel:
Willingness and readiness to travel for site visits.
Feedback &
Collaboration:
Communicate customer feedback to design and production teams for product improvement.

Call to customers for machine feedback.
On call problem solutions.
Maintain Sheets (Travel allowance sheet, daily call register, daily work report, Service Report, Installation Report)
