Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) – Real Estate
Experience: 1–3 Years | Location: Mira Road | Type: Full time
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers/visitors at the project site.
Handle customer queries and provide project information.
Coordinate site visits and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain visitor and lead records.
Coordinate with the sales and pre-sales teams.
Follow up with customers and collect feedback.
Support site events, meetings, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and qualified appearance.
Customer-focused and well-organized.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
