We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to gain hands-on exposure across multiple areas of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, and Compensation & Benefits . The intern will work closely with the HR team on day-to-day HR activities, employee engagement initiatives, data management, and various people-related projects.

Key responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview schedules and follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate information.
Support campus hiring, internship hiring, and other recruitment initiatives.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analysing hiring data.
HR Business Partnering
Support HRBPs in day-to-day employee and business-related activities.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, HR connects, and internal communications.
Support employee data management and HR documentation.
Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and presentations.




Participate in HR projects and initiatives across business functions.
Talent Management
Support various talent management and employee development initiatives.
Assist with training and development activities, including coordination and tracking.
Support performance management and talent review processes.
Maintain learning, development, and talent-related trackers.
Assist in analysing employee data and preparing insights for HR initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
Support HR teams with employee compensation and advantages-related data.
Assist in maintaining compensation and perks trackers and reports.
Support data validation and preparation of HR MIS.
Assist with employee advantages-related queries and documentation.
Support periodic HR data analysis and reporting.
