Job Summary
The Boutique Manager is responsible for driving boutique sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves conducting premium product demonstrations, building strong customer relationships, and identifying current business opportunities through market mapping.



The Boutique Manager will ensure the boutique consistently reflects the brand's luxury standards while achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and drive boutique profitability.
Generate current business opportunities through market mapping, networking, referrals, and corporate partnerships.
Identify upselling and cross-selling prospects to maximize revenue.

Customer Experience
Deliver a premium customer experience by understanding customer needs and providing tailored fitness and wellness solutions.
Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales support.
Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Product Demonstrations
Conduct engaging product demonstrations showcasing equipment features, digital solutions, and customer perks.
